A plan combines shared Suite capabilities with limits that are specific to each application. Review both before changing plan.
Check real usage
Open the instance page to compare used, available and total capacity. Monthly counters show their reset date; all-time limits do not reset.
If a limit is reached, existing information remains available but the affected creation or activation action may be blocked until capacity is freed or the plan is changed.
