These terms govern access to Suite.coffee, account creation and the use of its apps, instances, plans and connections.
Every app has an independent functional scope and every instance keeps its own plan, configuration, users and limits. By creating an account, you agree to use the platform lawfully and protect your credentials.
Suite.coffee provides a public website, customer area and specialized applications. An account may create several instances, including instances of the same app, each with its own country, language, currency, plan, configuration and users. Service connections share only compatible entities under configured rules.
You must provide accurate information, keep it current and protect your credentials. You are responsible for actions taken through your account unless unauthorized use is reported promptly. The owner manages plans and access; members, users, customers, professionals or employees receive only the functions of their role. Individual access must not be shared between people.
Every instance uses its own plan. General prices are common, but limits depend on the service and may measure monthly creations, concurrent capacity, additional users or other entities. Reaching a limit may restrict the affected new operation; existing data remains and items suspended for capacity may reactivate after an upgrade. Taxes are calculated from applicable billing information.
Before confirming a plan, the price, billing period, applicable tax and main capacity will be shown. Unless another model is stated, paid plans are monthly. The owner can manage changes or cancellation from the account. Financial effects, refunds or effective dates will be shown in the relevant flow and subscription documentation.
You must not use Suite.coffee for unlawful activity, infringe rights, introduce malware, attempt to bypass limits or permissions, access another account, overload infrastructure, extract data abusively or resell the service without authorization. You must have a legitimate basis for third-party information entered into apps.
You retain rights in the information you provide. You grant only the technical permissions needed to host, process, back up and display it to provide and protect the service. You are responsible for its accuracy and legality and for obtaining any required authorization. Export features help you retain a copy in available formats.
Activating an external connection authorizes the necessary exchange under its configuration. The third party may apply its own terms and privacy policy. Suite.coffee does not control the availability or changes of external services, but will seek to limit impact and make dependencies clear.
We work to keep the service secure and available, but maintenance, incidents or interruptions outside reasonable control may occur. Features may be corrected, expanded or retired for security, compliance or product reasons. Where a material change affects subscribed use, reasonable notice will be given when possible.
The Suite.coffee brand, design, software, documentation and original content are protected. Access grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right of use while the account remains valid; it transfers no ownership and does not allow protected elements to be copied, modified or exploited beyond express authorization.
An account may be limited or suspended where required to protect security, prevent harm, address non-payment, comply with law or respond to a serious breach. Where compatible with the risk, the reason and steps to remedy the situation will be explained. After closure, data is retained temporarily under the privacy policy and applicable obligations.
Each party is responsible for direct loss attributable to it within limits allowed by applicable law. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms may change for legal or service reasons; the displayed date identifies the current version and material changes will be communicated appropriately.
