Monthly prices exclude VAT or indirect tax. The final amount is calculated from the billing country and, where applicable, province or region.
What each plan determines
Common pricing and service-specific capacity, without mixing concepts.
General features belong to the plan; operating limits belong to each service. This separation makes prices easy to compare while enforcing real rules on usage.

Capabilities such as additional users or collaboration level are configured once for the plan and applied consistently.
Limits by service
Each app measures the entities that matter to its work, such as monthly appointments, professionals, tickets or events.
Visible usage
Every instance page shows its plan, current use, limit and period progress so you can anticipate an upgrade.
Capacity changes
Upgrade as you grow and keep your data if you reduce the plan.
When a limit is reached, the app blocks only the affected creation or capacity and suggests a higher plan. If you downgrade, records above the new allowance are reversibly suspended where the service requires it.

Change plan
The owner can upgrade the plan and restore available capacity immediately.
Continue without losing information
Items suspended because of capacity reactivate when the allowance covers them again.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Free plan have a cost or commitment?
No. The Free plan lets you try and use the app with lower limits, without a monthly fee or commitment.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Published prices exclude VAT and other indirect taxes. The system calculates the applicable tax from billing details.
Does one plan include every application?
No. Every app instance has its own plan. The four levels and their prices are common, but they are subscribed to for the selected service.
What happens when I reach a limit?
New creation or usage associated with that limit is blocked and the upgrade option is shown. Existing data is preserved.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. The owner can upgrade from the instance page. The architecture also supports downgrades with reversible capacity suspension.
