Know what you are creating
Your Suite.coffee account is the common access point for every service. Each activation creates a separate application instance with its own name, country, plan, data and members. You can therefore use several services or create more than one instance of the same service for different locations or business units without mixing their information.
Prepare the essential decisions
- Choose the application that matches the process you want to manage.
- Use an instance name that your team will recognise, such as a company, venue or department.
- Select the service country carefully: it provides regional defaults such as timezone and currency.
- Complete your billing profile before activating a paid plan.
Activate the application
- Open Applications and select Add application.
- Choose the service, enter the instance name and select its country.
- Compare the plans, including both common features and the service-specific limits.
- Review the order. Apply a coupon if you have one and, for a paid plan, choose card or PayPal before continuing to payment.
A free plan is activated without a payment method. A paid instance becomes available after its payment has been confirmed.
Complete the first configuration
Open the application from My applications and follow its initial assistant. Confirm business identity and regional settings, then create the first operational record recommended by the service. Add team members only after deciding which role each person needs.
Final check
- The instance name and country identify the correct operation.
- The selected plan covers the expected initial volume.
- The application opens and its initial configuration is complete.
- Only the owner can see billing and subscription management.
Tip: Create separate instances when locations need independent settings, plans, members or data. Do not use the instance name as a substitute for that separation.
